Spider (or not) Webbery

I saw these wonderful pear-shaped webs strung up between blades of very tall (~2 feet) blades of grass and covered with wonderful dew drops.  The only living thing I could find within them were these miniature larvae looking worm creatures (along with several of their “shells”). I don’t know if they BUILT the webs and were shedding their too-small skins or if there was, in fact, a spider somewhere that was feasting on their insides.

Either way, I think they’re beautiful; what do you think?
